They picked up an order and dropped it off and took the money. I have been chasing them for over 45days to get my money but to no avail! How horrible!

Hey Fetchr, Your app works and is smooth. HOWEVER your service is the problem. There are a few reviews on here with the same experience as mine but rest assured, I won’t be using you again. What is said on your website vs the experience is complete different. - First, my delivery pick-up was scheduled for 9.40 on Thursday, 7th March. The delivery man did not arrive until 15.30. - Next, the delivery just went rogue. The reciever of the documents never got a phone call and he said the link he received was not working at all. We tried to call customer service to get some assistance and nobody answered. I sent an email, and I still have not had a response. - Finally, I was charged 30 dhs for the delivery even though the parcel has not been delivered. Your website clearly states that "You will only be charged when your delivery is complete." As far as I can tell, my delivery is no where close to complete, so essentially Fetchr have stolen both my money and my documents from me. It is now Saturday, and the sound of silence from Fetchr has been deafening. I have tweeted, messaged on Facebook, emailed and called and not a single person has responded. Additionally, a employee did finally reply stating that they do not do same day delivery. Again contradictory to their website. If only I could post a screenshot here. Again, this is not a review of the app (which works) it’s the company that is rubbish. Do yourself a favor, rather put the documents in an Uber.

Despite several calls trying to inform them my location, my package ID, and all relevant information, they kept giving false promises and claiming that package will be recognized and it never got received. Their call center as well claims their working hours is from 9 to 10 pm but you can’t reach them beyond 5 pm UAE time! Very bad quality of service!

والله انقع و افشل شركة شحن ف الوجود .. ما مهامين ابدا .. معملين لا يوثلو ع توقيت عادي يوصل شحنه شخص بعد شهرين ثلاث .. ما عندكم ارقام تواصل ولا افرع ف معضم بلدان .. تطببق فاشل كل شي خرا .. بضاعتي معكم ما اتوقع اصلا رح توصل من معكم

You should close to be honest , every time I call customer service you say the system is under development call again . Your app is unnecessary cuz I can’t choose the time you should get the package from me . I had a return from 17th of April and your captain came on 6th of May ?? And now I have another one from 29 of April and no one is answering me to know in which month you’ll come to take it .
