They promised me my order will be delivered on Saturday before 5:00PM and here i am writing this review the second day on 11:00AM and till this moment not even a single update about my order. Not only didn’t delivered not even an update!! I never had such an experience with any other courier company.

Terrible service all round. Nothing to say really except that the 2 times i tried using them i ended up making the delivery myself!!!!! Totally useless i have no idea how they’re still in business.

The app has bugs, not only their app but also the Fetchr system could use some major upgrades.
