Nice app but bad service

Worst service I have experience from a delivery company. Called two times to the call center and didn’t get the right support. According to the call center, the driver called but didn’t get a reply from me. Yet I have no miss calls to show and no one visited the house. I really needed the package as I am traveling in the morning but no one cares. I am going to uninstall this app. I will stick to Aramex or any other deliver provider next time

I’m soo disappointed with the service, my laptop was BROKEN when I sent it with Fetcher!! They claimed that the case is still under investigation!! I don’t understand what kind of investigation they are doing! You broke my computer and I’m not sure if I’m going get anything back from them.

شركة قذرة وخدمة ولا اخيس ما اقدر ارجع اغراضي بسببهم وعطوني حظر مرتين بدون سبب صار لي شهر احاول اتواصل معهم واحدد موعد استلام شحنة مو عارفة

لا يلتزمون بالمواعيد والموظف الي كلمني يوم الخميس وعدني يوم السبت انتظرتهم إلى الساعة ٧:١٥ ولم يأتي أو يتصل أحد/ أنا أتصلت برقم الموظف وجدته يحول الاتصالات الى نغمه بدون رنين ومن ثم إلى بريد صوتي. قمة الإستخفاف بالعميل.

Worst delivery service
never dealing again with them
How can I describe the worst delivery service on earth? Shall I start from the horrible untruthful call center or the most inaccurate timings? With your severe inefficient dealing with customers!! I’ve started calling since 8:30 am till 20 minutes ago while all of them were saying that it’ll be there in an hour since 8:30 am and it’s 7:27pm!!!!! Even after contacting you guys nothing changed customer service is terrible
Not reliable shipper, they keep rescheduling

Not reliable at all they keep rescheduling the deliveries, a product I purchased was rescheduled 4 times from their side, they reschedule deliveries after 10 pm when their customer service working hours close, which mean it won’t be possible to reach them to complain about it. Very disappointing experience and not recommend shipper.
