Terrible app. Just trying to find package details for a door tag number. Need to register. Then app crashes again and again.
Doesn’t Accept My Address

Great idea but it’s pointless if the app doesn’t accept your address. I’ve tried countless times, and it continuously says “The action you requested couldn’t be completed. Please try again.” FedEx has delivered to my address countless times, so I don’t see why it’s not accepting my address now. Completely useless for me
Broken 6-sigma and bad quality of FedEx service

I have very bad experience in my package delivery last 3 weeks. I used this app for another shipping but I am jot sure if this bad experience came from app or FedEx service. The driver never came last 2 times but the app said they did. Apparently I was home on weekend. Also their re-routing took a week, and this app said pickup pending. But that was 7:15 pm and they closed 7. No office hr displayed. So I did not get that. And yesterday I have another pending notifications and made a call. The office lady said she left a voice msg. But I did not get any. I check my phone but none. What is going on?
Always takes back item

Delivery instruction about ringing a bell was added. Bell never rings. And notification is just bad because it is delayed. My item gets taken away many time. There will be door tag when I miss it and on back of it, sign it and check the box so it won’t get taken back. The delivery person didn’t even check it. Instead there was another door tag on top of it WITHOUT ANY NAME (on the second day). Like what IS THIS?? 1/16/2020. Tomrorow is last delivery attempt and after that I don’t even know what will happen. Do I have to camp outside my door now?

I haven't been able to set up an account. When I get to the verification code section, I am texted a code, and it come up with a "code is invalid" error. Tried several times.
Residential Pick Up

I submitted through FedEx.com a residential pick up on 1/10/2020 (approximately). Tracking 777452630730 and paid to have it picked up on 1/17/2020. Waiting..no FedEx pick up. I call the 800 number for help. Spoke to a phone tech of Indian descent so he was hard to understand, nothing in their system. Well how did I get a label and tracking #? I said I paid the $ to have this picked up and delivered. He said “I don’t know, sometimes online works and sometimes it doesn’t”. Are you serious? Long story short, I didn’t trust him to enter pick up info into your system. So I started all over again for pickup/delivery. Got a new tracking # and paid for overnight cost me $147.00 to do what “sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t”. This pkg better be picked up and delivered by 1/2/2020. 0 Stars for your online and customer service.
