Did not get my package

On here says package was left on my porch on the 19 of Dec and I never received this package. I’d like to know where he left it?

Get a message that package will be delivered on a certain day. Great. So I leave to run errands. Package comes a day early while I’m gone. Has to be signed for. No package. Then after that is is all over the place with the delivery dates!!! This has happened more than once. To make things worse there is no customer service phone number!!’

I was initially scheduled to have my package delivered Jan. 16th. Jan. 16th no package - stayed home for nothing. Then, FedEx projected January 17th. Again, no package and stayed home for nothing. In the evening of the 17th they projected that it will be delivered sometime on the 19th of January. There have been no explanations given for the failures to meet their own projected delivery days. They seem to be oblivious to the concerns of the intended recipients of the packages like we have nothing to do other than wait expectantly so porch pirates don’t steal what we’ve paid for. They don’t even give a time window when to expect the delivery to occur. Shoddy unreliable customer service!

No tracking provided for 8 days. Called Customer Service and they told me it was still sitting there half way across the country even though it was suppose to be delivered a certain date. Waiting 4 days after date has passed and still nothing.

Where are you? (is it?)

Ludicrous City

Needed refrigerated medicine is nowhere to be found, i.e. nothing ever received from FedEx itself and no updates since 11:40AM when I went to the company’s web site and found foundations it.

Unable to add business address, updates slow

First of all, why not allow business addresses to be added to this service? I need delivery alerts for my business even more than for my residential address. Secondly, this app will give you outdated information. Often it will still insist that I should get a certain package during a certain delivery window when it’s already past midnight and it’s plain obvious that it’s not happening. Well, to everyone but to FedEx’s software, apparently. But maybe they are working on a time machine to meet their deadlines after the fact?

This is not so usual review, but wanted to share. I was tracking some shipment on the app and the app asked me “Do u love FedEx App” and the options were “yes” and “no”. I thought for a while what to give, some apps direct to review or ratings on app when provided with “yes” answer. So after a while thinking about it I just went with yes. And the reply was “we too love you”. I giggled for a while ????
