Residential Pick Up – FedEx Mobile Review

I submitted through FedEx.com a residential pick up on 1/10/2020 (approximately). Tracking 777452630730 and paid to have it picked up on 1/17/2020. Waiting..no FedEx pick up. I call the 800 number for help. Spoke to a phone tech of Indian descent so he was hard to understand, nothing in their system. Well how did I get a label and tracking #? I said I paid the $ to have this picked up and delivered. He said “I don’t know, sometimes online works and sometimes it doesn’t”. Are you serious? Long story short, I didn’t trust him to enter pick up info into your system. So I started all over again for pickup/delivery. Got a new tracking # and paid for overnight cost me $147.00 to do what “sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t”. This pkg better be picked up and delivered by 1/2/2020. 0 Stars for your online and customer service.
