Problems...always!

Does NOT work well with selling apps. Tried deleting and reinstalling and still problems with the app. Can’t track anything unless it’s off the website

Buenas noches. He recibido el peor servicio de envío de toda mi vida, no se imaginan cómo lamento la hora en que decidí utilizar sus servicios. El día 07/18/2019 deposite un paquete con destino a Republica Dominicana y todavía no ha sido entregado y ninguno del personal de servicio al cliente ha sido capaz de resolver el problema, me dan excusas tras excusas y yo no quiero mas excusas sino tienen servicios para Republica Dominicana porque se prestan, estoy muy decepcionado y enojado, lo peor es que no se con quien hablar que mi queja pueda ser considerada; me conformo con tener mi paquete devuelta ya que he gastado demasiado en el envío mas el tiempo. I have received the worst shipping service of all my life, do not imagine how I regret the time I decided to use their services. On 07/18/2019 I deposited a package to the Dominican Republic and it has not yet been delivered and none of the customer service staff has been able to solve the problem, they give me excuses after excuses and I do not want any more excuses but they have services for the Dominican Republic because they are provided, I am very disappointed and angry, the worst thing is that I do not know who to talk about that my complaint can be considered; I am content to have my package returned since I have spent too much on shipping plus time. My Chewy orders always arrive via Fed Ex. The tracking is easy. Delivery options are great. They are always on time. The packages are never damaged. Your drivers are excellent! They take the time to make sure that my packages are protected from the elements.....especially pop up storms this time of the year. My fur babies know the Chewy boxes and are always excited to see the Fed Ex person at the house. We thank you for your great customer service.
1+ week and haven’t receive my package

After finally processing my package for Fedex to deliver. They misplaced my package onto the wrong truck which delayed it for another 2 days, which was fine. But they decide to misplace my package to the wrong address and now it’s been over a week and I haven’t receive my yeezys... Thanks Fedex.
