Spent 20mins trying to get a label and cannot get through their Credit Card gauntlet. Tried it on their website and failed there too. Tried different credit card- failed. Pathetic for Fedex

I was notified my package left California, but didn’t get any updates until delivery. It was a multi-package 3of3 got 2. Fedx doesn’t know where 3rd package is. Always have trouble with fedx every time I use them!!!! Get your act together fedx!!!!


NO CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST ROBOTS

The customer service is not very good with FedEx apparently. The only thing they’ll offer you is a robot phone call or a robot assistant, and these robots don’t understand what’s going on or what I need. And they’re not able to help me and there’s only a very limited selection of options for what I’m trying to get help for. Then you finally redirect me to a customer service representative, and then either they’re not willing or they’re not able to help me. So you’re not giving your Customer Service associates the power that they need in order to help me, and then you punish them if I’m not happy. Well I’m not happy. That’s true. I’m not happy I’m not happy because you’re not willing to help me as a corporation, it has nothing to do with your associates. I was not informed by Felix or by the original sender that this package would require signature of the door and could not be left on the doorstep. I specifically requested that it be left on my doorstep. I requested the sender to leave it at my house and I requested FedEx to leave it, but they both disregarded my request and delivery instructions. Then they restricted my package so that it could only be delivered via signature receipt. So that’s the opposite of what I need. The issue is that my package requires a signature at the door, but nobody knocked on the door, they arrived early in the morning when no one was available at my house to answer, even though I gave specific delivery instructions to deliver it later in the day. I requested that the package be delivered later in the day, I requested that my package be put to the bottom of the list so that it will be delivered last, I requested that it be left out. Instead they came first thing in the morning, they didn’t knock, they require a signature, and since no one answered the door because we were unable to they went away with my package. That’s not good service. Because they arrived early in the morning when no one was available, and did not knock or ring the bell or call or text the number that I provided associated with this delivery, they went away with my package. They say they will try tomorrow, but that’s not helpful to me. I asked Customer Service if they can ask the delivery driver to come back again now that I have been made aware of these things. But they say that they absolutely cannot and will not and I have to just wait tomorrow. Now I have to sit on my front porch from 7 AM until 9 PM for whenever they get around to delivering it if they get around to delivering it. I requested specifically that the package be delivered later in the day, in the evening. Instead they came early in the morning. If I were hoping to actually receive my package today when it was supposed to arrive, I would’ve had to sit on my porch from 7 AM until 9 AM today, randomly waiting for this package, because apparently they can deliver it at any possible time. But I was not expecting that because I specifically requested it be delivered in the evening. So why would I anticipate to be up at 7 AM to try and receive a package early in the morning? And I asked customer service if I could pay extra money to upgrade so that I would be able to have an expected time of delivery, and they said no we won’t upgrade you. “were not able to upgrade you to a higher level of service” ... not even if I pay. So not even if I pay you won’t offer me any extra help even though I’m willing to get the extra help for money. Apparently my instructions were completely disregarded and probably no one read them. I’m really just satisfied with FedEx as a corporation. It has nothing to do with your associates. You probably don’t even give them the ability to be flexible and tailor the service to me the customer. You are probably really rough and vicious on your employees. Employees don’t deserve this. As a business model, you are failing, you need to give your employees the authority and the latitude to do whatever they need to to help the customer. I’m a customer and I’m not happy it’s because of your corporation business model.

Lousy app

Water could be rusty!

I’ve tried to create an account with the app as was suggested after my complaint to FedEx when their delivery person TOSSED my box of Alaskan salmon (marked “perishable”, “this end up”) over a fence, wrong side up and IN THE SUN in a DESERT STATE without ringing the doorbell. After creating an account, there is no place on the app to sign in. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app, tried getting a new password (BTW your answer to secret questions must be 3 letters or more. This is not stated when you give your answer, but kills your account recovery when you must type it in, thus leaving you stranded at that point.) I only want the app to track shipments to me and I can’t even get signed in to do that. Horrible app. Completely non-functional for me.

I rated FedEx One Star due to the way the company failed to handle my package that I have been waiting on since July 18th and still waiting. I asked for my package to be dropped off at Walgreens at 3670 Riverdale Road on the 18th and for some reason or reasons my package have not been shipped there. What’s the problem?

It would be much better if you could track the progress of the delivery truck. Otherwise you may have to wait all day for a delivery that requires a signature.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever had to attempt to use. Attempted to create an account so I could track a package, entered my phone number along with other information, proceeded to the next screen, entered more information and then when I attempt to move on from that screen a prompt pops up telling me a need to enter a valid phone number. There is no field asking for a phone number, I entered my number on the previous screen and had no issues. I cannot use this app for anything unless I sign in, and the app won’t let me create and account. 100% worthless.
