This is the second package that we had a problem with. We was supposed to get this package on 1/20/22 and then they said next day. Then it was on delivery truck on 1/22/22 and 7:18pm and now they saying tomorrow. It says delivery by 8:15pm. Well it’s not 8:15pm yet and they saying tomorrow. Don’t use FedEx. They can’t deliver on time. Use UPS I haven’t had a problem with them yet.

The worst company ever!!! I shipped some packages. One of them is never delivered. I don't know why they didn't send all of my packages together? I called them so many times and got the same, bureaucratic response. (I really don't need this kind of response..) They promised they will search for my package for me, but I still didn't get any updates. Now, they ask me to file a claim by myself. Yes, the customer service representative won't do anything for you. They are useless. If you can, use other companies to deliver your package!!!!!!! Oh by the way, those packages which were delivered are ALL damaged.

This could have been a matter of life and death. Your pathetic service is so horrible. I ordered checks that I paid to be delivered within 2 days and I’m waiting now for almost a week to get them. The check book was to be used immediately for certain payments which I am now late in making. You can’t blame people for being frustrated with your company because of your lack of urgency and disgusting service. You’re pathetic.

FedEx used to always be reliable with their delivery dates. The date is saying it will be delivered on a certain day then at last minute on date it is supposed to be delivered. Status is updated to delay delivery 1-2 days. Something has to change. Give more realistic ETAs. Consumers depend on it especially if a signature is required for delivery.

We have asked the driver nicely to please leave the packages at the covered front porch. He insist on leaving them out in the trash area!!

I was to receive a package 8:00pm January 13, 2022. Still on January 14 no information on where or when I will receive my package. So I need to hang around for a signature. I would not use FED EX again.

I guess the driver can’t read and can’t tell the difference between the front door and the garage door. Also delivered my neighbors package to my garage door and I know he/she has been delivering her packages weekly to her front door. was this just plain laziness?

I live high in the Adirondack Mountains, where Winters make Wildlife even look to stay inside! FedEx, however does not have that option, or at least our FedEx transporter, (Lowther). Tomorrow, 1/15/22, our high temperature MAY hit a positive digit, but the Wind Chill is forecast between -30* to -45* BELOW ZERO! I have a package scheduled to arrive at the local FedEx Warehouse overnight, and if it does, it WILL be delivered to my home, regardless the temperature! On Monday, 1/17/22, we are forecast to have a snowstorm, dropping between 11” to 17” of snow! If we do get that amount, even more, or less, our FedEx trucks will be making deliveries! We not only receive our packages on time, but also in great condition! In closing, I do not work for FedEx, nor does any of my family members…….I just appreciate good people doing excellent things……. ALSO, March 2020, COVID HIT…….OUR FEDEX GROUP, THEY DID NOT STAY HOME, NOPE, THEY DELIVERED COUNTLESS DELIVERIES OF ALL THE ITEMS WE ALL BOUGHT, BECAUSE MANY OF US WERE AFRAID TO GO OUT OURSELVES! Thank you FEDEX Drivers, and employees that keep the supplies moving……at least in Northeastern NY, we are very appreciative to all of you!
