No issue logged is resolved

I have logged an issue of debit twice since July both on the app and physically at a branch and up till now hasn't been resolved. So i think the app is not worth a good rating. Other banks with apps i log a complaint and with 24hours its resolved. This is 4 months later and still hasn't. So whats the point

I forgot my password so I used the forgot password item and it was said a password reset link was sent to my email but I didn’t receive it. What can I do?

I’ve not been able to open my app, when I open it it goes off and doesn’t even show me to login my credentials I’ve deleted and downloaded several times please try to fix the service I’m still having this issue.
