Honestly speaking I started having a regret that chose FCMB as my bank about a month ago when they started deducting money in my account with any note of what the money is being deducted for. It is what I have already decided to, by next week Monday I’m going into the bank and close my account with FCMB because I’m sick I tired of paying for what I did not owe.
I’ve never been able to use the app. I’ve sent a mail to your support for a week to the time I’m writing this and I’m yet to get any feedback despite sending a reminder
I try to login to the new app. It keep telling me I should call the costumer care.
You guys really need to work on your network service almost every time I’m not able to log in and it happens when I need money the most

The fact that this bank has only one phone number to reach customer service representative is so nad,
I opened account with FCMB since 20/3/20 all documents necessary to operate the account were submitted as at the point of opening the account. About two months later I want to Ketu Branch to check my balance when I noticed that the total amount transferred into the account was less than the credit alert sent to me. They told me that they held N700,000 from the bal in my account when I asked them why? they told me that because it is a new account. I said it is a crime to open new account with FCMB?That day I spent over 2 hours in the bank at the end of the day they told me they have removed the lien on my account. I am at your Motorway Branch in Ketu now to transfer money for my children school fee they told me there is restrictions in my account and that they have to get in touch with Maryland Branch to remove the restrictions on the account. Why is FCMB treating new customer like this? Please note that I already have account with Access and Polaris Banks and I am okay with their service, it was one of your contract staff who asked me to open account with FCMB so that he will be able to meet his target. But the way I am being treated now I may not have any other option but to close the account. I will appreciate your prompt response to the shabby treatment I received from your bank. Regards.
