I can’t lie after today I’m going to the bank to see that my account is closed permanently,you guys don’t know how to keep customers happy and I hate your poor network and your not so user friendly mode of operation,Don’t fix it please,cuz I’m out!

This app is poor compared to other banks in its category. Everything slacks. Seems to be a lot of bugs. Takes time to process transactions and sometimes it fails often. It just keeps loading and loading. Not flexible at all. Work on it and I’ll change my review

Hello my name is Fashina shedrack tunde. I sent a payment 5thousand naira to a first bank few months ago it was error my beneficiary I sent the money to go and complain about the payment in first bank but they did not see any traces of a transaction like that on his account. And recently it two times now I try to subscribe for data plan I got debited it was recently,the other was three days ago 2.5 #500niara mtn subscription I did not see the subscription on my data balance it two times for that now I think I will need to go for another bank if you don’t make changes and refund all my money!! Please

For like 5 times now. I did a data service transaction and you will deduct my money without sending me data. I initiate a dispute yet you guys do nothing to rectify it. Same thing with calling to lodge complaint. Don’t use the bank their service is zero

Years back FCMB used to b my main bank, but at some point it’s becoming too less of a bank. I am a very busy person…going to the bank to file transaction dispute is a big deal for me, the transaction dispute module on the app doesn’t work, my statement show one incorrect balance and this app also show another incorrect balance. Is it a shame.

I would give zero star if possible. I’ve been irregularly debited several times all because of this poor app. As I write, I’ve got up to #100,000 to be disputed. Worst thing is you can’t even dispute from this useless app and the very stupid customer support will say they’re working on your complain, only to not contact you a lever again. How can you then call this establishment a working one. Painfully my money is involved.
