No issue logged is resolved – FCMB Mobile Review

I have logged an issue of debit twice since July both on the app and physically at a branch and up till now hasn't been resolved. So i think the app is not worth a good rating. Other banks with apps i log a complaint and with 24hours its resolved. This is 4 months later and still hasn't. So whats the point
