Horrific customer support

Do not order from them here or on their website. They will require a signature upon delivery, which is great if they told you before you ordered. Instead I find out when the FedEx package doesn’t arrive and their CS team quite literally repeated talking points over and over. Request for a manager takes 24-48 hours which is pathetic. This was my first and LAST order with these morons. Save your time and energy and go to the actual designer directly.

My experience with Farfetch has been amazing! I am super picky when it comes to my fashion choices and Farfetch has been able to provide me with the specific items I have been looking for. Farfetch has been my “go to” for those high end luxury specific items of my desires and has not failed to disappoint. I am so looking forward to receiving my new purchase!

If you aren’t going to be at home 365 days out of the year, do not order. They will not let you pick up packages and request signatures on orders of all sizes. Absolutely ridiculous for anyone who travels remotely anywhere besides the grocery store
