Terrible customer service – FARFETCH - Shop Luxury Fashion Review

If you aren’t going to be at home 365 days out of the year, do not order. They will not let you pick up packages and request signatures on orders of all sizes. Absolutely ridiculous for anyone who travels remotely anywhere besides the grocery store
