Not a fan of fandango at the moment. Created an account on the website, bought a movie but can’t watch it unless I log in the app... oh but guess what?!? I can’t log in!!

What’s the point of downloading a movie if it can’t even play smooth or consistently in HD. I can’t even finish a movie without the app freezing or crashing

It’s a neat concept but whenever I try to stream a movie through chromecast an errror message pops up briefly stating that my account is already paired with another tv That goes away after a minute and everything seems fine until an hour in the movie where it just crashes everything Plz fix this

Lost a movie rental.

Chose the option to download, which means you lose the option to stream. REPETITIVE “download failed” messages. Tried to download something on Netflix and worked, so it wasn’t a problem on my end. Lost my ability to watch the show altogether and my money to boot. Ugh.

Playback is painful

Tried to play a movie I rented. Instead of playing it asked me to turn on cellular data. It wouldn’t play without it even though I was on WiFi. When I tried streaming it asked me if I was sure, it would disable downloading. I thought I would try downloading so I could use both. The download was super slow so I tried streaming but it turned out it disabled streaming. Now I can’t play my movie tonight. The play button should just work without me needing to change the default settings. Also don’t disable streaming. No other movie rental platform makes it this hard to play a rental. I would not recommend this service, try something different.

Fandango has had many issues over the years and continues to have issues....don’t bother with this app.Its completely useless when there are other apps available and actually work for you......you have been warned.

Certainly the worst of the streaming entertainment apps and at the bottom of the heap for all apps i use. Kluge performance and poor support for chromecast.

Pricing is not competitive, app/site layout is poor and their customer service is clueless. Stick with iTunes and Vudu for your movie streaming needs.

Where is the sorting function?

Why is the default sort Z-A? I’d like to have the ability to sort A-Z, by purchase date, and by release date.

Rented movie won’t play on app. I’m getting error message. I wish there was a cancellation button. This is the second problem I have had with FandangoNow. Twice I have rented movies and were unable to watch. Is it too much to expect a movie to play after you pay to rent it?
