Payment works when it feels like it

Payment features on the app work sometimes with no issues, but for the most part, trying to purchase tickets (especially when using PayPal as a method) it almost never works and I have to wind up going to the computer to purchase them. It’s not a big deal per say, but why bother with the app if not for convenience? Have been having this as an ongoing issue for years now.

Run by bots apparently. No actual people to talk to. Made a mistake (because unlike you I’m human) and purchased tickets for today instead of tomorrow... and I can’t exchange them now sooooo thanks for costing me $25.
$7.40 convenience fee!?!

No thanks; last time I’ll use the app to buy tickets for something that is already spendy....

Just to let you know - it kept giving me a problem when I was trying to use an email I was already previously signed up with Not a quitter so I just signed up with another one I have but it was a little frustrating... have a great day
