The new app won’t load I can’t clip coupons as to before the upgrade I was able to do. I have restarted my phone deleted the app then downloaded it again and still not working.

I used to love my Family Dollar app, it was so easy to navigate, clip coupons, clip any Smartspin coupons I received, but not anymore. I loathe the upgrade and the SmartSpin is no longer working properly. Some of the coupons won’t clip either. My local store is wonderful. Store is clean, and employees are very helpful and friendly. I just hope this new upgrade gets the kinks worked out very soon!

I’m sick of the coupons not attaching. I scan the item and it says it qualifies, then I check out and it doesn’t attach. Or, I scan literally every product for that specific coupon and it won’t attach to anything. I’m tired of it. I earned a $5 coupon toward any purchase and I’ve made 3 purchases since then and it hasn’t come off yet. I’m about to be done using this crappy app, period.

I’ve been using the app for awhile now, especially because I’m an employee of family dollar. Have always loved it until recently! Unfortunately ever since it updated none of my spins are working, I have about 10 or more sitting there that I cannot use due to it constantly freezing up on me. Plus there is not option for troubleshooting.

Every since the new update, I cannot do anything on this app! It won’t let me add coupons or anything at all! the add button for the coupons will not work! It’s very frustrating!
