I can’t do anything

To get coupons I have to scan the items while I’m there because it doesn’t work otherwise. I didn’t plan on being in the store that long. Then I need to update my phone number and I can’t do that it won’t even go into the profile. YALL GOTTA DO BETTER

I used to love this app, especially since it is about the only way to get a good deal at Family Dollar anymore. But, ever since they upgraded it, I can no longer clip the coupons. Now, it is pretty much useless.

I love the app but don’t know why I stopped getting the $5.00 off coupon when you purchase $25.00.
Updates normally are better for the customer, this one isn’t :(

It’s terrible. I so wish Family Dollar would give us the old app back. You can no longer make a shopping list. App is jerky and coupons are hard to clip. I barely shop at the Family Dollar now because of this nasty app!

I love this app because I get a lot of savings and I love this store I get in and out not a football field like Walmart

Unable to clip the coupons. Deleted the app. Reloaded it and still cannot clip the coupons. It used to work great but it’s stopped.
New App doesn’t work.

Ever since Family Dollar redid the app, it no longer works for me. Such a disappointment because the old app never had issues. I can’t do the free spins when I shop their and have trouble getting coupons to load.
