I never seemed to have the right item that’s clearly on the coupon therefore my coupons are never deducted

Regular shopper but so hard to shop in store once spring arrives. Please provide customers & your workers w/decent coolness in store. Fix a/c. It gets hot in Houston. Called about this 2-3yrs ago. Im afraid to buy some items & fear going to your store on Kuykendahl & Airtex in Houston, TX during this time. It closest to me & Shouldn't have to fill that way. Thank u for Your attention/action on this request.

Major issue w the app

The app needs work. The “spins” you “receive” never even allow you to spin. Why offer things when they don’t work? Otherwise it is helpful to save coupons you’d like. Only thing I can say that’s pro for the app.
