Spins not working

When you shop you earn spins but can’t redeem them because it comes up wit an error message. I have deleted and downloaded the app twice now in hopes that would fix it but no and I’ve even tryed it on a new phone still gives same error message ?
Smart spins stopped working

I have been using this app for a year now and I love it. It saves me a lot of money when going to Family Dollar. All of a sudden my smart spins stopped working. It comes up with an error saying "an unknown error occurred." I have deleted the app and re downloaded it, signed out of my account & signed back in. Still coming up with this error and I am unable to collect my smart spins. Overall the app is great, just with this one problem.

I am not allowed to use the coupons I have clipped for the Air Wick brand None of the Memphis location honor the coupons

I like it! I find it’s very easy to use. The download of coupons on the spot awesome. I e actually done it while I’m at their store to use that day at register. Does not get any better or easier.
