New update ruined the app.

The app is virtually completely useless. Videos are unable to play. Pictures do not load. And ads take over my feed. Deleting the app until problems are fixed.

I am having the same issue as the mom below! It’s been happening since July and the only response I get from them is “thank you, we can not fix everyone’s individual account” blah blah! I can not follow groups I can not see replies on posts I can not like pages I am invited to. I have two Facebook businesses and I refuse to run anymore ads until this matter is resolved! It’s bad for business to not be able to reply to product inquiries because of an error on your end! Seriously fix it already

Had to rewrite a new negative review since Facebook deleted it. I can’t say anything good about Facebook. The biggest frustration is Facebook shows me what they want me to see. I constantly hide posts, etc, and they just come back. I am not shown posts I want to see even though I follow them. I could go on with more negative comments but clearly Facebook doesn’t care what their users want.
