I have made several purchases off of marketplace in the past. I don’t know who is supposed to be monitoring the ads placed on here but it is nothing but frauds now. You send a message to see if it’s still available and a response comes back immediately that they are listing for an aunt or sister and you need to contact them at a gmail address. The prices are ridiculously low and if you get an answer from Gmail it will tell you it is in storage in another state and it will ship for free!!!!!!!! We just went thru 5 different ads and they are all the same scams. They have destroyed market place. I want to know why Facebook is not shutting these ads down?

Never loads feed

For the past 2 months, it never loads the newsfeed past 3 or 4 posts. How would one expect to run a business that was previously profitable? Now previous and potential clients have no idea we’re posting. If you want to bankrupt people, this is how you do it.
They are using this generate revenue and control your phone remotely.

Facebook should work out all the bugs on marketplace and also get rid of automated replies on there and instead of saying “Over a week old” on any post over a week old actually put the amount of time it’s been listed. It’s already on its way of wiping out Craigslist (it may have already)... Yeah yeah it’s a free app but really it’s not so free with all the ads.

Comments are out of order, notifications are irregular, just not as user friendly as it used to be. I never write reviews but recent updates has made Facebook so frustrating to use lately that I felt the need to voice my displeasure with it. I know updates are a work in progress and sometimes cause more issues that need to be worked out but it’s been a while with these same issues that have not been addressed. Love the app, when it works like it should
2 factor authentication blocked me to log in.

I never set 2 factor authentication. I think my account was hacked despite of strong password and activated 2 fac auth. Now I can’t log in because I don’t have security code. Options to regain access to my account don’t work.
STILL Can’t edit sale listings

I’m getting so annoyed having to erase sale posts and repost just to make edits. My screen goes black when I try to edit both sale posts in market place and on pages and groups
