Since they don’t seem to spend the time to correct the incredibly numerous issues with the APP, I’m not spending more time to tell them what’s wrong with it. FIGURE IT OUT AND FIX IT!!!! Worst APP I’ve ever used.

The app says “Unsupported Region”

Won’t play content that I subscribe to. When it did work, anytime a replay was paused, it would lose track of play position and start over from beginning.

It’s simply ludacris for me to pay over $70 a year for a subscription service and pretty much any time I want to use the app, I have to uninstall and redownload to get it working again. This app was poorly made and is buggier than a Louisiana swamp at night.

I tried everything possible to make this work, including spending over 45 minutes chatting with their tech support. To their credit, they seemed like they genuinely wanted to get it working and actually refunded me one months worth of money even though I never asked. On the other hand, my chat session was cut off TWICE, requiring me to bring the next tech up to speed on what we had already tried. I wanted so much to be able to support a sport that I really enjoy, thus my subscription to the app. Unfortunately, I’m just going back to watching my buddy’s TiVo recordings.

First I have been a subscriber since the app was launched and I love the app when it works. However, many times it says I am in an unsupported region, United States and simply will not let me use the app. It will constantly send me back to login screen. This bug has existed from the beginning of app launch and sadly occurs randomly. Many complaints about this issue on line. I always use the latest IOS and keep the app updated as well. This is my only access to F1 live events. I have been cord free for many years. It can be a hellish frustration when you're excited about the big show and the crummy app bug ruins the moment.

Unsupported region every time

What is up with this app? I’m in the USA; how is this an unsupported region. This app was working fine earlier in the season, but now it is a complete dumpster fire. Never again will I spend money on F1 apps.

I paid a full year subscription in an authorized country only to be told every time I login that the region (Switzerland) is unable to access any video. Crap application and no field support

Always get the unsupported region message and they tell me to uninstall the app to get it working again. It should not be that way. I want my money back.

I paid a years worth of subscription to see F1 and when I’m on this app it constantly crashes. I recommend going elsewhere to get your F1

I don’t watch F1 without it

Wish I would have made the purchase years ago instead of listening to the negative reviews. I can believe how awesome this app is, live races, replays, in car views, team radio, what else do you want?
