An Apple TV app has been promised for years. I’ll be amazed if it actually comes “later this year”. :(

Every time I go to launch ANY race it never loads. It sits there loading forever. Horrible app fix this as this is extremely disappointing when you’re paying to watch F1.

It would be great if I could use this app on my iPad...

I’m a huge F1 fan. I make a point to watch every race which is why I paid the $80.00 for the premium 1 year membership. Though the benefits of the premium membership are great, the app itself is buggy and needs improvement. For example, if I’m watching a race, qualifying etc. and I pause it, when I hit play it gets stuck in a perpetual loading screen until it starts all over from the beginning. This is extremely annoying when I need to pause in the middle of a three hour race program and need to remember what part of the race I was at so that I can restart the program and fast forward. My second issue is the fact that I can not project the app onto my smart TV using Bluetooth. This feature is in literally every streaming service I have.. Netflix, HBO, Disney +, Moto GP and Motor Trend all offer this feature and all at comparable prices to F1 TV.. this is perhaps the most annoying part of the app and something that needs to be added. Other than those two issues the app is great and I like supporting my favorite sport. If they could fix these things they’ll easily keep me as a customer for another season.

Video UI needs a major revamp

Content: 5 stars General UI: 3 stars Video UI: 1 star When you open a video, there is a huge “exit” button at the bottom left corner that takes you out with the slightest tap. If you hit it and reopen the same video, you have to start again from the very beginning (?!?!). The most frustrating part is that the video seek marker is so small and terrible that your fingers won’t work 80% of the time, and that exit button is hilariously right below it. The seek doesn’t have like a round wheel that you can easily drag around to different parts of the stream. There is also no 10 second (+-) like most other streaming providers. You basically have to pray that you won’t hit that exit button when you try to seek. If you do, you have to reopen but no way of knowing up to which point you’ve seen because guess what - it DOESN’T show the time (!!!?!?!) So you have to wrestle with the seek again to try to find where you exited from. How a video doesn’t have it’s length listed...I do not know. I hope they get rid of that unnecessary button or move it somewhere else, and definitely add the length info and fix the seek system.
