The App will not function and sends you into an endless loop if you have an apostrophe ( ‘ ) in your name I.E . Any Irish sur name. Prior to this I received an email with all the log-in instructions which included a login WITH an apostrophe. When you call 800-help desk number they first tell you multiple times that you are spelling your own name wrong. Then they realize that you have an apostrophe and they have to “rename you” without it. After flipping though various screens with the help desk you are then told that the only way you can submit a report is to actually be in front of the car at that moment. The car was towed, but I took photos BEFORE. You cannot upload photos you have already taken and then get an endless barrage of automated texts telling you that your claim cannot be processed. Further calls to the help desk tell me that I cannot file a claim. This app and how you access it are not thought through for real world events and there are significant gaps between the company issuing you the instructions to use the app and the functionality of app itself. This should have been really easy. It’s pretty much a “fail” all around. Ask your claims adjuster how to enter the information without the app, you’ll be glad you didn’t waste as much of your time as I did.
