Needs work!

Zed Arizona

Application itself needs work. Required shutting down my iPhone three separate times in order to get out of the app. Photo process itself while tedious seem to work well including the submission of the photos. I gave it only two stars due to the cumbersome navigation within the app.

Worked fine for me

I almost didn’t download this because of all the bad reviews but it worked fine for me. I just followed the on-screen prompts. When it was time to submit I went back inside to wi-fi range just in case. Got a confirmation text that the info was sent. I have an elderly iPhone 6. I guess just try it on your phone. The app is free so there’s nothing to lose. Doing it myself was easier than meeting an adjuster. Doesn’t seem to be scammy in any way I can see but I’ll update this review if that changes.

Horrible!

Tried downloading this app got to the password entry and it wouldn’t let me log in because the screen has to be rotated and I was unable to scroll down to “login” if you have I phone 10 it will make you have to rotate your phone for some reason and your unable to log in because the way the screen is

Worked fine for me

I’m on an iPhone 7, and the app worked great. But it did feel a little redundant to take so many pictures of my car from so many angles when the damage was in one small spot, and when they have you enter things manually anyway.

Takes over your phone. Do not install!

Technologist99

So you install the app on an iPhone X and open it. It requests a password. You try to go back to the message they sent to copy the password but you can't, it's locked you to their app with no way to close out or switch screen. Someone non-technical will be stuck with a useless phone at that point. Also, be warned in case it matters, you apparently don't get to keep copies of the pictures the app takes. Complete waste of time, I suggest leaving it to the repair shop to deal with. Good luck trying to photograph the Vin in bright sunshine. You'll need lots of space around the vehicle to take the pictures they ask for. If cars are parked around it you'll be unable to frame the shot they ask for.

Worked well

Worked as expected. Watch the video and follow the instructions.

Very satisfied

SoFloKid

The problems previous users had must have been fixed prior to my using the app. Initially it told me the app was unable to download but it appeared on my home screen nevertheless. As for using the app it was very easy and walked you through step-by-step. One of my vin photos would only take upside down and a few more seconds would have been nice for the video section, but overall the app worked almost exactly as it was supposed to and made the claim process a little more convenient.

This app worked good for me

I took pictures and it uploaded fine. One suggestion would be to allow users to not to take repetitive photos. Other than that it works great.

Worst app ever

MrWestside.com

Does not work properly on iPhone. Takes forever to use and is not well designed at all!

Trash

I have higher quality photos from the scene of the crash, but I am forced to use this poorly made app for my claim.
