Loved the idea of this, sounded good when described, and started out fine, but when it would not submit it started to get frustrating. Called support, was told to restart, which I did. When prompted to continue with current inspection, I hit the check mark as prompted and it attempted to validate and swiftly kicked me out of the app. Not looking forward to re-doing the whole thing. 45 minutes plus of aggravation!!!

Wish I could give negative stars. Any insurance company that tells you to use this app is obviously a bunch of amateur clowns. None of the help suggestions work. If your insurance directs you to use this they don't care about you at all. I hope whoever developed this app loses all their belongings in a house fire. Burn in hell

its unstable and crashes. they also programmed the Camera UPSIDE DOWN. and made it to where it won't take pictures unless its in 16x9 (buttons down), so you can't use shutter buttons, & your fingers block the veiwfinder. also when you go to take the VIN pic good luck because the gyroscope will say " you're holding your phone wrong " too bad the idiots who made this app tested it wrong. also it uses the GPS. if the insurance company wants you to use this tell them to EAD & move on with the process.

My insurance recommended I use this to send them photos, but after I read the policy I realized it's just a data miner. It's much easier to just email photos anyway. OUR PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT STOP COLLECTING AND SELLING OUR PRIVATE DATA!!!! CURRENT CORPORATE CULTURE IS DISGUSTING AND WRONG!!!! HISTORY WILL PROVE YOU TO BE UNETHICAL AND GREEDY!!!!????

It does not allow you to allow to add all the necessary pictures, and then deletes them off your phone, again, a scam that the insurance agency uses to deny your claim

First off I don’t think I should have to do the work for the insurance company! Secondly the app locks your phone so the only way to get the app from running on your phone is to do a hard reboot! Worst app I’ve ever seen!!

I spent 20 minutes taking all of the photos with my iPhone 7 as it directed, but when I finished everything it wouldn’t submit them, giving a message to “try again when there is an internet connection”. However, I verified my phone had a great wi-fi connection that was working with all my other apps. I called support and (after waiting on hold 15 min)was told that happens a lot and she sent me a new link. I spent another 20 min taking the photos all over again, only to have it not submit again. I’ve now spent well over an hour taking photos, on hold with support, etc. and am no closer to submitting the to my insurance company. This app should be removed.

If start this app on your iPhone X you better be prepared to restart to get control back. It DOES NOT understand the swipe up command.

Was told to use this app to document my accident, no way to close app you have to power down your phone, among other issues, I decided to spend the hour it would take going to repair shop to get estimates. Great idea just needs more time in R&D. Might have better luck if your an Android user? But definitely not OS. Deleted it!
Awe full app, awful support

The app is a total pile of manure. Complete garbage and the company with email, txt and call daily harassing you to use their app for insurance claims. I am reporting them to the FCC.
