Never got an estimate & also keep getting emails saying to complete, when the whole process was already successfully submitted

This is quite possibly the worst app I have ever used! So buggy, kept going black, the orientation would not change, I had to type with my phone sideways. Their support was terrible I could not tell if the rep was talking to me or someone in her office because she was intermittently talking to both. Shame on Farmers Insurance for putting me through more pain after your client rear ended me! This is not a professionally developed app!

Worked for me. I read reviews before downloading app and saw a post to be sure and be on WiFi connection so it works more smoothly! Worked great & fast!

Stupidity

puctures are nothing

How can you repair plastic with pain and straighten it out. You can’t. It has to be replaced. These people are crazy. Don’t let your insurance use them.

The app screen is only sideways and I can’t even log in let alone proceed , because once the keyboard comes you cannot swipe it back down to touch the login button

Long and slow. The least little glare would cause it to take a blurry picture. And TRY getting an unglary picture of the windshield VIN. Most frustrating hour of my life.

This is a crappy app. It does not accurately reflect damage done to a vehicle and is a waste of time and effort for all involved. Save yourself some irritation and just have the adjuster physically look at your vehicle.

This app is horrible. Why any insurance company would use this is beyond me. Someone hit me, and they wanted me to use this app. I decided to read the terms and agreements. It blatantly says in them that if something is missed on these pictures, you’re pretty much SOL because you have waived your rights. I refused to use this app with this insurance and they ended up sending a person. I advise you to avoid this and do the same. It’s the insurances way of screwing you over through a third party. DON’T DO IT!!!

Once by Acceptance Insurance’s client who rear-ended me, then again with proposed egregious Terms & Conditions. No way I would accept them or agree to let you collect information about my device! You’ll need to send someone here to inspect my vehicle.
