I just applied for a loan today on the basis that my score was fairly close to what this app had been telling me. I got denied the loan because my actual Experian credit score was 34 points lower than it showed on this app. Even further, my score on the app had not been that low in about eight months. This app lies to give you false hope. Don't believe it!!

Love the app, and everything it has to offer. Worth the subscription price every month. Experian has been so helpful with me being able to keep up with information regarding my credit reports and score. I like the fact I can freeze and unfreeze my report anytime and getting the alerts.

Experian is indeed the worst. Both my Transunion and Equifax scores are always current and up to date. Experian, on the other hand, is still months behind. Consistently giving me a score up to 100+ points BELOW my other scores in the high 700’s. Then they inundate my email with ways I can bump up my rating by purchasing their crap. It should be criminal for Experian to charge. They should be fined for putting harmful, inaccurate, old information on reports. Holding us hostage with their erroneous/damaging information.

Apples refund process is also ridiculous. Last app or subscription I ever purchase from them. Definitely thinking of switching to Android.

No way to cancel. I have been trying to cancel since August 2017. Several emails and calls with no resolve!Does not even show up in my google play subscriptions, yet they bill me through google play. Please cancel immediately, I do not want this product.

The bank ran my Fico and these aren’t even close. ‘Daily’ updates are a lie. It updates monthly at best. Not worth the money. Hoping cancelling will be easy.
