This game is great to play. The concept and implementation is fun and rewarding however the developers let their greed get the best of them. This game aims to provide coiners with an advantage, however with k40 and military advance the gap between coiners and non coiners is too far to bridge. It will literally take min coiners 5 years to max spec a single general while coiners will do it in under a year. You need 6 max spec generals to unlock victory column two. Are you prepared to play a video game for 25 years to catch up with those that spend $50k or $100k on this game? Yes that’s correct there are players that spend over $100k on this game! The next issue is that the game glitches and I mean all the time. When porting to the other server during SVS the game will lag and not let you port or ghost your troops. Then when someone attacks you and you try to ghost at the same time you will get a wifi symbol of death as it’s affectionately called in game /s. You will lose troops and when putting in a support ticket to get compensation it will take 3 days to get a response. If you’re lucky and send screenshots of the battle report and time stamps you will get compensated within 2 weeks. If they have to reply back to you and ask you for more information then prepare to wait 4 weeks minimum! The last straw for me is that after taking the enemy throne during svs the game glitched and allowed the other server to reset it AFTER I was given conqueror title and assigned titles and gave out rewards. Customer support has taken over 3 months to look at the issue and has not compensated me for the 7 hours it took to take the throne. They said they can’t compensate me any more. And there is no other way to contact them but through a message chat in game. No customer support number, no talking to real people only a chat that will take weeks to hear back from them.

Customer service response to all issues is send screenshots but then they block you from sending screenshots. Seriously if you are looking for a new game DO NOT pick this one. There has not been one game error that they corrected. Nor will they compensate you for the losses because they are not doing their jobs. I got into this app for the puzzles which quickly turn into a war game. A war game that requires daily bought packages to advance…real money.. real money for no competent customer service
New players have no chance.

Since new players only get a few hours free of no predator protection they stand little to no chance of advancing. Add to that players are mixed into servers with no regard to time zone and unless you are constantly playing 24/7 no way to monitor. Special events are set to begin on GMT so USA players are handicapped. Could be fun but several changes needed and player sorting and level safeguards need to be put in place. Add to this unresponsive help requests and this game becomes just a pile of frustration. I was an alliance leader but due to these and other issues I have now uninstalled and suggest others not waste their time. If they would add safeguards so that attacks could only be between players of similar power levels (3-4 levels above or below) this game would be enjoyable. In the 3 weeks I played daily, the 4 earlier alliance leaders all left the game as well. I am guessing for similar reasons.

The app is OK. The game is fun I haven’t been playing it for that long but I have noticed that the 19th and the 20th of this month when I check in I have not been getting my check and bonuses.
Not any of those puzzles it shows are in game and horrible cs

The puzzles are a rotation of the something every week and nothing like the ones they show here. The game is nothing but liars. It will literally cost you 10’s of thousands of dollars to be a player and when the game glitches which it dose often you could lose everything and cs will not help you out. Been 1 year of proven glitch and lose and I still have nothing from them but it was my fault which I proved it was not.
Don’t play if you hate abusive language

We have a player (Server 819, Monarch ID #137754269) that’s been calling women the worst words that you can think of, and many of us have been reporting it for days. Nothing has been done to stop the problem player and the abusive language continues day after day. Ridiculous.
Lack of Customer Support and Major Game Glitches

I am on a 2.5 year old server. Server 164. Game name CrownNCoke. Game ID 27723611. I’ve been here for almost it’s inception. In that time I’ve spent roughly 130-150k. I have had good experiences with the concept of the game but continue to have terrible experiences with Customer Service related issues. Currently I have calculated, based on a fellow player, that he and I should be relatively the same in term of abilities in game. What I’ve discovered is a huge glitch that is keeping, specifically, my rally and march size lower than his. According to how this game works you can research certain things and achieve more power which also includes a higher March in which to fight enemies. My research is well beyond his and yet I am over 2 million lower capacity than he is. I am not one to complain but before you start playing and ultimately spending money on this game you may want to get in touch with me. The glitches do not start at this issue And undoubtedly do not end here.
