Stop advertising something that the game isn’t

There are so many fake advertisements for games out there so you never know what you’re going to get most of the time. I’m happy to say that this game’s puzzles are exactly what you’ll get when you download. There’s a lot of other content to get immersed in too but if you just want to play the puzzles (like me) you don’t have to worry about bait and switch here. I also never write reviews but when u saw that this game was the real deal I had to come here and let other fellow gamers know.

Game advertised and actual gameplay are completely different

The advertisements make this game out to be like some sort of puzzle game where a player has to make the right decisions in a precise order to win. However, the game is actually a massive Pay-to-play strategy game with the games in the advertisement serving as mini games. They aren’t too frequent and you have to go through considerable effort to play them only for them to last all of 2 minutes tops. TL;DR this game is borderline falsely advertised to lure players in who are interested in the mini games and force them to play an entirely separate genre of gameplay.

For months and months I saw a thousand ads about this app and all the ads show were puzzles. Finally downloaded it and was disappointed to find the puzzles are only a small part of it. Can’t be mad at the marketing I guess, but it earns a well deserved one star.

This game went from a good game to breaking every rule if they were supervised as a business. They will charge most servers thousands of dollars for things they give for a lot less and even free to select servers. There have been recorded developer calls in which they have lied or even admitted to doing these things. Apple itself has been complicit in this because so many players have given evidence of this to their customer service and they do nothing because they are making money from it. It has become so ridiculous on how top games let’s this game be ran to the point where it’s criminal some of the actions they have committed. If Apple ran their own company the way this game is run then they would have Ben marched in front of congress committees by now. But Apple has 0 care on how their customer base is treated on their own platform My ID is 19831928 and your solution to an issue you caused was to send 100 mil each rss instead of just fix the issue

First, the game will cheat you. This IS a pay to win game, period. In no way can you compete. There are people spending hundreds of thousands of dollars. Second, you will be cheated. At some point, you will get lagged and not compensated for losses. You will hit a stonewall with customer support. They will change rules mid game. They will allow other players to cheat and not do a thing about it. You will get cheated after completing events and not get rewards. Customer service will do nothing. If you must play, be ready to immediately file complaints with the play store. It’s your only chance at any sort of fairness. But, honestly, Apple doesn’t care much either once they have your money. Read their terms of service for apps and refunds.

WORST EVER customer service. They do not reply when you send a ticket. They do NOTHING with their game which is VERY laggy. Getting worse day by day yet they DO NOTHING. Apple you need to look into this App Developer. Missing inventory that is not compensated due to their laggy game. Apple they are stealing your customers money. Apple you need to investigate this app developer.
