I’m annoyed with this game. Until they fix where we can actually enjoy the game than I’ll change the rating. Our whole server is stealing from us and stealing our monsters. Yet nothing can be done. We can’t even farm if we want to. I feel like we all are on the verge of quitting this game is nothing is done.

On server 819 player 137745269 consistently denigrates women by referring to them in vulgar terms (such as an referenced portion of a woman’s anatomy). Many have rebuffed him and reported him to the moderators, but experienced no relief. In essence you are allowing a single customer to abuse multiple customers, which are being discouraged by your product.

I’ve spent quite a bit, nothing compared to these billion plus power but come on. This company makes SO much money fix the lag. I have 5g and great service all my other games run smooth.

Very fun if you find a good guild met some very cool people from all over the world shout out to crazy88 (CEE) the game is not as brutal as other castle games I have played where you have to shield 24/7

Glitchy during event and no response to help desk

This can be a fun game. You meet people across the world and share in the common goals of the game. And you want to get stronger! But during events the game gets very glitches. The timer stops when it goes to days but restarts when hit hours which I sent help desk tickets for support but no response back. In the undead event some members advise of 3 of the same wave. I spend more on gems and speed ups to deal with these challenges but it can be a losing battle. Hopefully developer fixes these known issues…as it can be a fun game! Update 1/18- Developer, I did contact customer support on 12/29. Coco H was assisting under case 758310 but no response since I share my thoughts and video of the situation. See my original post as I have reached out for resolution but no response. Again I spend more on gems and speed up to compensate for this glitches in the game.

Hello and do not be bored, this game is fantastic and I have had this game for three years and I enjoy this game every day, I criticize this game and I think that the team of this political game interfered in this game, I am a I am Iranian and there are many Iranian players in this game, but the Persian language is not supported. This game and also the Persian kings are used in this game, but the palaces and history of the oldest civilization in the world, Iran, are not used. This is my criticism of this game. Facebook, Instagram, Google Play and here I said that please support the Persian language, but for several years now there is no answer at all, please and please and please do not combine politics with the game and add the Persian language, thank you and good luck

If you found this game from the ads then you would be expecting it to be a simple puzzle game. But when you actually play it’s a strategy game and the puzzles are only a small part that you have to keep spending time (or lots of money) to unlock. If you just want the puzzles skip this game and look elsewhere.
