Glitchy during event and no response to help desk – Evony Review

This can be a fun game. You meet people across the world and share in the common goals of the game. And you want to get stronger! But during events the game gets very glitches. The timer stops when it goes to days but restarts when hit hours which I sent help desk tickets for support but no response back. In the undead event some members advise of 3 of the same wave. I spend more on gems and speed ups to deal with these challenges but it can be a losing battle. Hopefully developer fixes these known issues…as it can be a fun game! Update 1/18- Developer, I did contact customer support on 12/29. Coco H was assisting under case 758310 but no response since I share my thoughts and video of the situation. See my original post as I have reached out for resolution but no response. Again I spend more on gems and speed up to compensate for this glitches in the game.
