Evony support does very little

Evony support team does very little to assist you when things go wrong. I have spent the last seven days trying to receive such help sending countless messages and have only gotten two in response with neither of them being helpful.
Fun, but they ruined it...

When they advertised on TV. Drew in even more p2w players and created a massive balance problem. Customer care is 50/50, but I’ve seen/heard some shady and disrespectful stuff. Good luck, y’all.

Free to play. Never gonna get anywhere unless you pay hubby comment you quit that game you spent hundreds of dollars on ? Yes I did why it was going to take hundreds of dollars more to get to do anything but die at the hands of everyone

I love evony and the alliance I'm in.....They are awesome.however it never ceases to amazes me that games like evony don't do anything about cyber bullying in world chat.Why is it hard for evony support to ban bullies for a week or so?My own alliance has a hard time with going into world chat without being called names and put down when my alliance is trying to grow.Hold alliance leaders accountable for their members that bully all needs to be addressed.

This game is tons of fun except for one thing. If you don’t pay money, you won’t be good at the game. Simple as that end of story. I’ve personally put well over $200 into one SERVER in this game and I’m no where near being good at the game. If you want to play expect to drop several hundred to a few thousand on this game.

I love the people that I've met and play this game with. Really they're probably the reason why I keep playing. The game is fun but when updates are released they rarely work well and create lag after being implemented. The updates are also not explained well at all and support is hit or miss on supporting the players.

I’ve been playing Evony for over a year. It’s my favorite out of all the many military games I’ve played in that time period. It has its glitches from time to time and freezes up on occasion, but these things seem to eventually get fixed. In that sense it’s worse than other games. One thing that makes it better is being in a good alliance where I have formed relationships with other alliance members online. I like the ease of communicating with other players too. That part of the game is easy to use. Some of the other games I played are not as logical as Evony-how things work and how to upgrade your city and subs. A lot of changes have occurred recently to keep the game interesting and I like those changes-Specifically new buildings and levels. Upgrades above level 25 are expensive in terms of resources though. It takes time to gather resources, but I also gained a lot of resources through boss hunting and the ongoing contests. I don’t coin and I’m on level 27 out of 30. I like all the new generals that are offered. We don’t see the better generals in the tavern very often, if ever. Too many of them are only available in expensive packages you have to buy. They I don’t like. Customer support has been hot and cold. When I do contact them, I’m skeptical they will reply or give me a satisfactory resolution, although they have came through a few times with reimbursement of lost resources. That’s my take on Evony.
Addictive and fun...but not worth it.

You have one life. What are you gonna do with it? Listen, time is money- don’t sell yourself short. Go do something productive, set goals in real life, and work towards them. Oh, and follow the rules. This is what the game is about. This is a pay to play game; you don’t *have* to pay, but you will. Everyone does... Great game though, for you dogs! Woof, come and play. I’ll see you on the field. Ladies included ;)
