Inaccurate technical support and indirect support to the problem

This game is nice and addictive thats why I was even tempt to use my credit card. Before I doesn’t care about the item I got until just lately because my city is getting bigger and I need more resources to build up. I used my card even more often but I found out in the pack i bought last March 16 that I didn’t get some of the content of the pack like food, wood, stones and ore. I reported the issue but as replied it will take two days. On the 18th i tried to check back but there is no response yet. So i tried again because I was thinking maybe I was only wrong due to the eagernes also of getting a good hero. I buy ne set of packs that day costs $4.99, 9.99 & 14.99 i observe that there is no change in my items because i already converted my boxes available for the upgrade but there is no change at but i saw an increase in my diamonds those are the things after i converted it up. I emailed again the customer support. They ask me to send a screenshots but how will i do it? I send series of questions and follow up. They told me to update and restart the game. And i did. But its the same thing no increase in my boxes on stocks. Because i was so annoyed about the support they provided. I also been added that on the series of days within a week i bought 5packs all in all and supposedly i gonna get a hero in the 15th packs only if they response right away or soonest before the server timer restart. And you know what was answered by the support team. He ask me where did I know that there will be a hero pack in the 5th packs. My goodness why does he doesn't know the content of their promo and ads. I sent all the screen shots of my receipt and the home and the content of my stocks. They dont give feedback and review your inquiry they only take your money out from your pocket and they dont care about your concern.

Good game. Doesn't give enough stamina and cost of stamina to attack bosses is to high but enjoy playing it

Fun, Enjoyable game. More affordable than Mobile Strike. Only thing I don't like is that they are unable to control the adult language & topics that players use.

The event packs should guarantee the general announced or at least a better general than the common ones. For example I got Alexander the Great which is ridiculous for paying almost 200 dollars worth of event packs

Perfect? No. But much better play than any game I've tried like it. Yes, some people spend stupid amounts of money here and you can't beat them, so join an alliance and don't be a jerk in world chat and you'll be fine. The multi-national multi-lingual aspect of who plays is absolutely fantastic. The auto-translator is not very good but it's better than nothing. And translating between a dozen languages at once is bound to be difficult. Don't spend money you can't afford to lose (it's a game! All you get out of it is playing! Stop whining when you spend more than you should have!) and play smart. It's a great game!

This game is awesome. Some issues with glitches and lag interfere with play. And customer support is very slow to respond and often doesn’t resolve issues, but overall a great distraction.

5 star ratings are lies
This game is a joke. $2000 will get you one ok general and a level 25 keep that's about it. Game steals your gems and customer service waits two days and tells you they can't help you. This response is in broken English so it's hard to determine why they can't help. You can sue if you file a claim in the state of Delaware. And your account can be deleted for any reason at anytime. Just read terms of use. Anyone who gives this game higher ratings is a bot or someone who just started playing. My personal server 29 has had many top players quit after spending thousands of dollars because the game is a endless money pit. Don't download please save your money. Server also lags terribly because there to cheap to buy a real one or upgrade. If your not rich then stay away.
