Have problems updating UGH!!!!!

Why do I have trouble uploading the current version. Every time I go to the update I don’t see update button. All I see is open which text me back to the app and it hangs in lingo.

Been trying to log in now for about 14hrs. No luck since apparently it takes a lot of hrs to do an update. I bet it won’t even look any different.

Been playing this game for almost a year and must admit I am pretty addicted. I enjoy the development of my keep, growing my army and hunting monsters and bosses. Mostly I enjoy my alliance, great bunch of people and we have some real fun chat about many things not related to the game. It is possible to grow without coining which I don’t do but admittedly u will probably grow faster if u do coin (buy packs). That having been said, customer service is abysmal. It’s a guarantee that any game update will bring with it a basket full of problems ranging from small stuff like lag to major annoyances like not being able to get into the game. It would appear the developers don’t test their updates before releasing them on the masses. And contacting support for help is a crap shoot in terms of help with issues. Still, I haven’t ditched the game yet but won’t rate it over three stars.

Two updates ago my screen stopped rotating. Still can’t get them to fix it. It rotated before that update. I even offered to spend 100 bucks on the game if they did, still no fix.

I'm glad they finally got to putting this on the mobile device. Haha, when I put it down, it soon draws me back on. The best part is you don't have to spend money to compete with those that do, although it helps.

Had an issue where game added build time to a building after it was completed using speedups.. informed customer support and they have not responded at all about the issue several days later.

Overall this is a really fun game, especially if you play with a highly active alliance and good group of people. The chat experience enhances teamwork. I genuinely enjoy playing. HOWEVER, if you have a glitch or they overcharge a purchase, they don’t respond. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Play it, but don’t expect help.

Great game play, even better social aspect! I am a 100% non coiner, and still have a blast. I am in a top alliance on my server and absolutely benefit from having 5-10% of that alliance being MASSIVE spenders. I have had lag cause me to lose everything twice in the 7 or so months I have been playing. BOTH TIMES, I presented my case to support (with screenshot evidence) and both times was awarded more than what I lost. For as rare as the lag is that causes detrimental harm, I have a blast playing and am supremely impressed by the effective support provided. The social aspect is my primary draw, and I can honestly say that I am glad I continue to play.
