Support is horrible

I’ve been brushed off by support twice... simple request that the game error wouldn’t allow me to log in, during that time your are vulnerable to attacks. It’s frustrating when you spend money into the game and then the supports answers by just closing the ticket.. twice! My suggestion is to play a different game where the company is more involved with its players!

I enjoy the game just fine , i found it after I gave up on game of war . Evony offers ways for all types of players to participate.

Great game, lots of fun, but don’t expect any help from customer service. Not even sure why they have that option. They will not help you. Nothing is ever their fault, and they will close the ticket without resolving your issue. As long as you don’t expect any customer service it’s a great game and is fun to play.

Love this game so far , graphic designs cool especially you have the freedom to choose your own culture in a way ! Easy to play and so much free gems ,resources and etc ... Hoping to play more in the future with my new guild that makes it even more challenging ! Awesome and I'll stay ! We got nice people who became my friends ! Fun and addicting

I played age2 had a lot of fun. The graphics are so much better and you can actually watch the fight instead of waiting for a timer to run out and see what happened. It is hard not to coin because you can really get into the game and you don’t want to get beat so you are always trying to get bigger better and stronger and if you have no patience to wait you coin. You don’t have to coin to play you can still go through the special events to get there. Plus I have met some really neat people here.

Tried to get game to start it say my WiFi but my WiFi is good, all another apps work. Tried to contact Evony buy no one answering. So I dump the game. Sad poor service thank you for the game
