The worst medical messaging system I’ve ever used. Notifications of messages are not shown on the app…if you are away from your phone and get a message. You’ll never know it’s there. Messages extremely delayed. You have to start a chat with a person before actually messaging them. But I’m the time of a pandemic. Nursing shortages. Doctor burn out…why not go ahead and add the worst possible medical messaging system fathomable. Please fix this app. My hospital just switched and probably paid a ton of money for everyone to use it, so please fix it. I doubt we can get rid of it.

Why can’t I see the shield icon I have deleted and re- downloaded it multiple time but still I don’t see it.

Impossible to add multiple agencies/sources, constantly asks user to log-in even though they are- and then won’t allow the login because it thinks the user is logged in, and the interface is questionable at best. We had to use this app when I was an emergency management volunteer back in 2013-2015. It’s 2021 now, and this thing still is a pile of flaming garbage.

I honestly wish i could give it zero stars. This app is very bad and glitchy. I can’t believe schools made this app necessary to go on campus. The app barely works. Every time I open it, it closes. Do I have to delete and download it every time I want to use it. This is ridiculous.

This app is very bad in terms of updating, the feed button does not even appear, let alone telling you this app is terrible. They don’t even bother fixing it also, I am disappointed in college choice choosing this app.

I downloaded this app for my job and I have to use this everyday. I downloaded the app and everything went smoothly until I got to the questions. Once I tried to answer the questions it would not let me click anything. I have updated my phone, logged out and logged back in, and deleted the app and redownloaded it. Nothing is solving the issue.

This app is a waste of space. CUNY is requiring students to download this and enter their CUNY credentials. A orange shield is supposed to pop up on the lower right corner. I have uninstalled and installed this app all over again and the shield doesn’t appear after I enter my CUNY information. This is supposed to show that a student is fully vaccinated. But it doesn’t work!
