Lack of message management tools - too many accounts

Allan-V

So I have three everbridge accounts - work and two local jurisdictions - one where I live and one where I work. Message streams are utterly indiscriminate, I can’t filter for location, mass delete, or merge message streams (and mass delete). So, barely useable. Most times I will ignore the notifications which is exactly what these emergency managers want to avoid.

As a parent of college students, it would be nice to be able to receive notifications from the areas where my children attend school. Since those schools are not in the same area as our residence, I cannot them. I will be uninstalling the app. Nice try. I’m sure some government employee decided to give you a good chunk of my tax money. Good for you.

Won’t let me log in. I replaced my phone and now I can’t access this app. I liked getting notifications.

Good for phone, Watch would be perfect

This App works well in our use, though a Watch app would be incredible now that cellular is becoming the new norm.

Impossible to figure out how it works

Jph000

I can’t figure out how this app works. I get into a screen and I’m at a dead end and can’t get back to the map. Pretty useless.

Just a few ideas to help make the app better?

OUTsIdr22

I like what this app provides but I wish there were more settings. I want to be able to set app to delete activity after a few days, a week or a month even. Or be able to sort activity, like traffic accidents to delete after it’s cleared or after a few days and so forth. I really like that I receive emails and other notifications about the activity that’s happening around where I’m at presently so that part of the app is great! Again, I just wished I had a way for the old notifications to be deleted than me having to delete each one individually. That’s another idea, have where you can delete a whole group of them at one time as well (like you can text and emails). I had forgotten to delete old notifications for a while and I had ones from Feb and it’s now Dec! Please consider these ideas to make your app more user friendly! Thank you!

Minimal functionality, maximal annoyance

Sevardin

Removing the ability to swipe to delete now makes it even more tedious to get rid of old messages. The only way to mass delete now is to tediously scroll through the list, tapping each small target, before finally tapping Delete. Please implement Force/3D Touch from Notifications to allow fast deletion.

App won’t load messages

Lilac-rose

My app says I have 52 messages, when I open the app it says it’s loading but after about a minute it closes out, this is an ongoing issue

Bad

Takes FOREVER to download notifications, if it doesn’t crash first. The little red notification bubble in the app itself never goes away. Very annoying. Too bad - this is a good idea for an app, and would prove important to people in emergencies.

App needs work

When an emergency happens, I shouldn’t have to pinch or zoom to see the whole message, there’s no time for that. Messages should be delivered with text wrapped automatically so our employees can see the whole message immediately, time is everything during an emergency. The app has a long delay before you see anything with a message that says “You have no new messages” followed by a screen filled with several messages. It should say “you have no NEW messages”. I click around in the app and it crashes. Happens on my iPhone 6 and 7 plus multiple times. I have to keep restarting the app. I do like that it’s free for everyone and you can be connected with every public safety agency and receive notifications based on your gps. Just think there is much work to be done to consider this a good app.
