Legit the worst mandatory app. My school requires I use this to get on campus, yet the app couldn’t be worse. My 9-year old sister could create something better than this outdated junk.

Only works for text based notifications

KCMO switched from Nixle to this recently. They send out voice messages often, but it’s not possible to listen to them in the app. Unfortunate because it’s how the city sends out all important information to its citizens.

I don’t normally write reviews for apps but no app has aggravated me as much as Everbridge. I need it for my vaccination records in order to get into my cuny classes but I don’t see the red emblem at the bottom right corner. I have deleted the app multiple times, and cannot even delete my account as there is no way to “delete the contact for security alerts” on the app. I see that others have had the same issue and I don’t understand how this hasn’t been resolved yet since cuny opens tomorrow.

The iPhone app works fine except for constantly asking me to verify my location. The Apple Watch app crashes anytime you try to access your feed or an alert.

Worst messaging app on the market

I thought Hipaabridge was bad. But this app is the worst messaging app I have used. First, you cannot see who is sending you a message. Then when you go to check you have to wait while trying the app retrieves all the messages. It spends considerable time fetching prior messages. Next, you do not have the ability to send short voice messages as you did in Hipaabridge. Finally, the interface appears extremely primitive/dated. I cannot fathom how any major company would pay Everbridge for this service. There are far better products available in the marketplace.
