Please fix this app – Everbridge Review

The worst medical messaging system I’ve ever used. Notifications of messages are not shown on the app…if you are away from your phone and get a message. You’ll never know it’s there. Messages extremely delayed. You have to start a chat with a person before actually messaging them. But I’m the time of a pandemic. Nursing shortages. Doctor burn out…why not go ahead and add the worst possible medical messaging system fathomable. Please fix this app. My hospital just switched and probably paid a ton of money for everyone to use it, so please fix it. I doubt we can get rid of it.
