Please, PLEASE allow multiple deletes!

CGWagner

It's a real PAIN to have to delete EACH message ONE at a TIME. We poor users who get scores of alerts per week have to delete....each...one. Please fix!

Poor

N4TVC

This app requires messages to be loaded manually even though the badge notification says messages are pending. Launching the app shows "No Messages" even though there can be dozens because they will not load automatically. Lobbying our county to drop this amateur app and service.

basic functionality OK, but not ready for prime time

Torrance (CA) Alerts user

After some setup finagling, the app can be configured to display alert notices. On the other hand, there are some features that Just Don't Work: 1) The Calendar function simply goes into a time-out, locking the app. The only way to escape is to close the app. I don't know whether this is specific to my local alert system or a generic problem with the app. 2) What the heck is "passcode" mode? I'm already logged in with a passWORD, established during the initial setup; there was no mention of a passCODE in addition to the passWORD. What does this mode do, and why should I care? Again, I can't say whether this may work for some alert systems but not others.

Mark all read!!!

Ironace

Come on developer... it's nearly 2017 and your app does not have an option to mark all messages read!?! I live in a very active area and this would be a fantastic addition to the app! I current have to go one by one marking 200+ messages read or live with the notification icon. Smh

No way to even gain access

Marmaladeovs

I have tried numerous UserID / password combinations. App won't accept any of them but provides no clues as to parameters it's looking for. Primitive and useless. If you're trying to help people find out about impending storms or disasters, make your app EASY to access!

???

It won't let me set up to use this app. This has saved lives by neighborhoods working together to find Alzheimer's patients that have been lost. I hoped to be a part of that process.

Needs "delete all"

d2mgh0

I like getting alerts but like the user who wants to mark all read, the app also badly needs a "delete all" button. Also, if there are a lot of alerts and I delete everything I see, "More" doesn't always load additional old messages. I have to close and reopen the app.

Minimally useful

Libuff

it needs better functionality with managing the multitude of messages that the system is designed to handle. There is no way to delete multiple messages, or mark all read, or manage into folders. It needs a good amount of work to be useful at all.

Mostly good, but has bugs

Nathan75746884

The major error is when writing a text; it does not 'wrap' around, it simply just continues the typing 'off screen',, unable to see what is being typed. Been this way for a while now.

Is deleting multiple messages so hard?

rishanchaudhry

App needs to allow users to delete multiple messages at one time, and/or all messages. For people who aren't using this app on a daily basis it is really difficult to navigate with over 100+ messages sometimes and having to delete each one individually.
