A downgrade

Busterrz

I had to switch to this app in order to receive weather (earthquake notifications, power outages etc.) alerts for USVI because the service was being phased out. This service is extremely uneven and for a time, I received no alerts at all. Earthquake alerts are not included (?) when I do receive an alert. But the MOST ANNOYING thing about this app is that it CALLS me instead of texting me the alerts - SERIOUSLY? Who wants a phone call with a vm? Get with folks. I hope you improve this app before upcoming hurricane season gets rolling or we are sunk.

Has potential, but...

Pixelpshr

I agree with Crispy0827 -Jul 11, 2015. The app desperately needs a way to delete all old messages and should automatically remove alerts when they have been resolved. At least provide an "Edit" item in the to bar, like most other apps, to let us select items in the list that we want to delete.

No updates

Robotspot

After downloading to this I am not getting the warnings I use to get with Nixle

Nice Idea

tattooeddad

It was a nice idea for an app until our city started pushing every single alert through Everbridge. Even though I had my quiet times and alerting methods set I was still receiving alerts in every possible way at all hours of the day. 2 am in the morning phone is ringing, text messages being sent, and app notifications all at once for every single alert that was sent. Severe Thunderstorm warning, flood warning, high winds, lightning strikes It got too much so I deleted my account.

Notifies. But crashes.

Jimmy Bosse

Clicking on a notification always crashes the app. Cannot bulk delete previous notifications. But it notifies which is all I really need it to do.

Can’t log in

RAAlfo

Updated to version 8.2.1 (1612) on my iPad and now I can’t log in. Getting an error message that passcode is wrong, however it’s working fine on my iPhone. Help!

Stopped working

Anawithatwist

What happened? I have updated to the latest version, but still isn’t reporting anything. Very bad UI, with absolutely no menu or user guidance.

Notifications are useless because they don’t include descriptions

C to the Berg

The notifications don’t have any descriptions in them, so all I get are like fifty daily notifications that simply indicate that “something had happened somewhere” and then in order to find out what it is I have to go into the app, wait for it to load, and click around a bit. So I don’t bother. I’d rather just get sms messages.

Game changer

Dragunald

Wow, this recipient app takes emergency communications to a whole new level. 2-way comm with teams in the field, and secure messaging ... those alone would've sold me. But that's just the start. I can't see why any Everbridge subscriber would NOT be all over this.

Perfect

Rmonster11

This does exactly what I need it to do. Way to keep it simple. I know that even if I don't have a cell signal I can still get notifications over WiFi. This is perfect for me!
