Can't install, deserves zero stars

Mountain Offroader

I have tried to install this app but keep receiving a message saying not available. My county has this system for public warnings. Why can't I install it???

How to mark all unread messages as read

dcharleyultra

I would probably give 5 stars if I could figure out how to mark a group of alerts as Read.

Riddled With Problems

Unfortunately the city I live in has recently switched to this platform as a way to communicate with its community. This app has a long way to go before it becomes useful. Even with the recent update, the app crashes all the time, push notifications rarely if ever work, it's clunky, not intuitive, and feels like something optimize for iOS 4.0. When our city used a simple email blast for communication it actually worked a lot better than this app and service.

Great mobile extension to the powerful Everbridge platform

Love the UI, very intuitive and powerful

Has potential, but...

I agree with Crispy0827 -Jul 11, 2015. The app desperately needs a way to delete all old messages and should automatically remove alerts when they have been resolved.

Wonderful way to get notices quickly; two update requests

MsJohnnye

I really appreciate this app and find it a wonderfully concise way to receive notices on traffic and area concerns in a very timely way. Two changes would increase the usability of this app for me, perhaps others. The first request is to be able to mark all remaining unread messages as being read. I envision this being a option on the unread panel which I could evoke once I hit messages that are older than I find useful. The second request is to auto expire messages in the read queue so that the app doesn't eat up storage needlessly. Good job on the app and I look forward to its continued use!

The app was a key selling point when we purchased. It's a joke. The core offering also came with a 250 manual. If an emergency notification solution needs a 250 page manual, it's not a good solution for an emergency. Counting the days until our contract expires.

Do not buy !!!

olivierleclercq
