Love the system - hate the update

I just updated my app on my iPad mini (32 gb w/ 2.3 gb free space). The app opens and I am able to select the book I've been reading past week. Yet when I get to end of page I find the app 'Frozen' with no response to any screen touch. I have to manually quit the app, restart, and deselect the book I've been reading in order to progress to next page. At end of that page - repeat! Please consider prior to upgrading to this latest update. Hopefully the error is known and will be fixed with a new update soon.

I've loved the app for awhile, but this version is slow and crashes after just a few minutes. Disappointing.
Latest update fails in the extreme

If you have this app then you are an avid reader. So I pose a question to you: What happens when you have an app that only lets you read one page then freezes up? This is happening with this latest update. I'm not sure if it is a flaw in the app or in conjunction with Apple's latest iOS update but this has created a completely dis-functional user interface.

Other than the freezing problem I've had since the most recent update, I'm pretty pleased with this app and this service, even with the 3 book/month limitation. There is also a fairly large catalog that's free without counting against your monthly allotment, but they don't make that obvious or easy to access. There are instructions for finding the freebies on their FAQ page.
