iPad update to watch NHL games…

I have updated, deleted and re-downloaded the app a multiple times and I’m still not able to watch nhl games on the app with my ESPN+ account… make it more like the phone app so we can watch games like paying customers!
Too many commercials & doesn’t let you move on until it finishes

Every video requires a commercial to be watched even with a premium account. When you finish watching a video it automatically starts the next commercial and doesn’t let you close until it finishes so you have to force quit. What a waste of time.

Full of bugs. Getting a stream to work is a coin flip. Asks me to sign in to watch things(when I’m already signed in and paying for it). Subtitles won’t go away when using airplay. Forces you to have location turned on, collects a mountain of data from you even when you pay for the service. Insane amount of ads.

Never had any problems with this app but now I can no longer watch anything, all I get is a blank screen with sound only. Each time I try to watch something it ask me for my account and once I select it I get the blank screen

Cannot find any of this weekend Alabama girls softball games. plus the Alabama/Texas Baseball game today gave me a “not authorized “ message. This weekend my subscription has been worthless.
Poor on Apple TV 4K

The app does not refresh on my Apple TV 4K. Programs from several hours ago show as live (but do not work when clicked). Current programs are shown as upcoming. I therefore often cannot watch live programs. I have literally had to remove and reinstall the app to get it to refresh. Even restarting Apple TV does not work.

There is no way to turn off close captioning when you are streaming with airplay. I’ve tried turning them off first then connecting but it still turns them on as soon as it connects. Please look into this.
