Why don’t you offer customers the choice of retaining their settings when you (corporate) decide to make global changes? You did one six weeks ago and I lost all my settings. To fix your creation of a problem, I can no longer fix it from my desktop (why reduce my choices for ease of use?) , I must use your app on my smartphone in my car! Also, why not just give customers a choice when you launch your Escort Max 360c global updates. E. G. “ Retain previous settings?” And “Return to default settings (which is the only choice now)? Paul

I have had multiple radar detectors in the past including valentine the redline and the max 360,but every since I purchased the max 360C I have had issues with Escort Live,,I have an iPhone 7 with all the updates and every time I try to use Escort Live the alerts will come through into my phone but will not show up on the map, I have called multiple times to escort Support and so far no one has been able to help me with this issue,, I am very disappointed with escort support group so at this point especially with no help from escort I cannot recommend this product at all if it changes in the future I will write another review from the answers I’ve already received where they have told me well that is strange and Maybe it’s a phone issue but I have called Apple also and they said it’s either in the detector and or the application we also need Directions on how to use the new appso far the old one was better cannot use navigation Or anything else on the new app that you just dead in the water where can I go to get Instructions on how to use the app?

There are times when I’m unable to post the location of police or other information, like traffic congestion. I push the appropriate symbol and nothing posts on the app like it used to. Too many glitches! Sad to say, but old app was better and it allowed you to push a button on the power cord to identify police locations without having to take your eyes off the road to push two police symbols on the screen. Disappointed!

Escort, are you going to fix this app? I can’t even believe you would allow this version to be released in this state. I have NEVER reviewed an app before, but this is so horribly broken it is unusable.... Please consider bringing back the original app until such time as you are able to fix this version

I like what escort has been doing, the cloud idea is great because I am aware of what’s ahead before I even get there. One thing I would suggest as an add on to this is add turn by turn directions directly on this app. Other than that it’s amazing.

I have a redline and used the prior app for years, exclusively for my motorcycle. It connected to my Bluetooth headset in my helmet. The new app doesn’t work properly. It looks great. That’s it. The voice and radar alerts don’t connect to other Bluetooth devices like it used to. Sometimes it works. I can’t figure out why, it’s likely a conflict in the connectivity that is resolved based on the order in which things are connected. But I couldn’t get it to work reliably or consistently. This is a major flaw. If I could I’d go back to the last generation software. Without Bluetooth connectivity the radar is useless. It’s just a pretty application on your phone.
