Not working with Redline EX anymore

Works with my Max 360 every time I get in the truck. Connects automatically in a minute or two. However in the other vehicle I have a Redline EX. I had issues before but the software update resolved the issue (after I sent my Redline to Escort to have it loaded with updates that it refused to accept). Now my iPhone won’t connect to my Smartcord live (That I bought to fix the issue before and it worked) or my Redline EX. In fact my iPhone might be stuck up because the Bluetooth seems to be too good to even acknowledge the existence of either of those devices. It’s a sad world when our iPhones refuse to communicate because of social status.
Uses outdated security settings

Wont connect to iPhone XsMax hotspot because when you move away from the hotspot screen it disables the SSID broadcast. This is intentional by Apple and follows best practice security guidelines. Because of this I have a $700 brick that wont connect to web to update via this app. Get with the program and fix this. The forums have been complaining about this for 2yrs and your ignoring us.
App crashes iOS 13.3

The app randomly crashes when connected with Bluetooth. Randomly it will tell me I am at my marked location. Even in places I have never been too. Could be better, rarely updated but the current version from 11/2019 is better than previous version.

The app is very nicely made in comparison to previous iterations of the app, however there is no way to automatically launch the app when connecting to a vehicle and a CarPlay map would be an excellent improvement to an already good application for my Max 360.
Lack of radar spots

Initially, the app spotted many KA locations but for several months no activity. This is a metro area so something is wrong and it’s not apparent.

Difficult to use app

Can’t figure out how to enable premium features that are supposed to be included with purchase of a detector (bought the Max 360) and no answer to email asking how to do it.

I have only good things to say very effective way to to live with minimum tickets. Very user friendly system that has held up great over the last year
