I have more then enough to pay for this jacket I want and it keeps saying my payment can’t be approved why not what’s going on? Is this a common issue

Bad app I’ve ordered a shirt dress and pants which came up to 134 $ and I haven’t received my merchandise yet it gave me a tracking number on dhl.com I track it .. still says in China so I called dhl customer service and they said they haven’t even got it terrible app they got my out of 134$

I Purchased clothing for the first time in December from Ericdress! Had a terrible time reaching them! My clothing did not fit I ordered a full size larger! It looked nice but fit smaller or tighter than what was ordered! They had website issues, holiday issues and time zone issues.My clothing arrived late ( almost 40 days late) . I purchased several coats , scarves , a pair of shoes , pants and a blouse ! The pant fits but the seaming is off. The shoes was the only item I kept and it's the only thing that actually fits and looks as pictured! This is my first and last experience with ericdress. I believe they are out of Asia. Although they use a lot of curvaceous females, the size doesn't match up. I weigh 170# and am 65”. The 2x I ordered are way too tight and the arms are either too short or long. It's as if I received junior wear without any quality control check. They were asking for a good review! I honestly can't give it to them. I removed my review of them from another site since they said I would receive my money back ( that I spent on those clothes). I was hoping to receive all the money back except for the cost of the pant and shoe( I kept). I received a refund of about $ 85.00.Then told the rest would be refunded to my account in about 3- 20 days. As the days pass by, I realized that is not going to happen. For what it's worth. The website and app had some of the cutest clothing I had seen in a while! There's my compliment! I really liked the booties - received multiple compliments on it! Too bad ericdress.

Literally I ores a pants for 36$ and I paid 14$ so it will delivery in 3 to 7 days and it been month already still didn’t get the pant that I order and I promise y’all that I will never ever order something from y’all because y’all made me paid 14$ for delivery in 3 days and still didn’t get it till now and when I sent y’all email all y’all do is you’re order will be shipping on April 21st and will arrive on 28th

I ordered a pair of pants with expedited shipping and it’s been over two weeks and I have yet to get my order. At this point I just want my refund. I will no longer order anything from this app.

Ordered a pair of shoes as a birthday present and 6 weeks later they still have not arrived. I had been tracking the package and it was in my area, out for delivery. It then went back to a distribution center 6 hours away from my house. I emailed the customer service and all they had to say was "just wait". After a week of seeing them sitting in the distribution center, I expressed my concern that they would be shipped back to China. Again, they said "just wait". I emailed them and explained multiple times stating that I needed the package as a month had already gone by and the birthday was fast approaching. Finally, somebody gave me an answer other than "just wait". They told me that they looked into my package and it was being sent back to China. The good news is that for a small fee of $17, they could send it back to me. So, you're telling me, that after I catch your mistake, warn you about it, and continuously get told to "just wait", because your customer service is too lazy to look into my order's progress, I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING AGAIN?! I will be disputing the charges for my order with my credit card company and never ordering from them again. Absolutely outrageous. This company is a total scam.

This is the worst place to buy anything. They supposedly “ hand make” your order. They don’t tell you it comes from China. You can’t cancel and get a refund. Then when you get this Made to order crap it’s the wrong size and if it’s handmade why does it have tags?? Then if it’s the wrong size you can’t get a refund either. Oh, you can get a 40 percent refund. It’s absolutely ridiculous. And they won’t even give you a phone number to talk to anyone.

I always admire Ericdress clothings on the picture. it was the worst shopping experience I have ever had shopping from them. They took months to deliver orders. None of the clothings I ever bought fitted. It will be a wast of my time even requesting for a refund considering the time it took to receive it. I will donate the stuff to people that might need it. The quality of their fabrics does not even come close to what is displayed in the picture- very inferior. Shop at your own risk!!!
